XD1 Record Player System

The SAT's XD1 Record Player System is designed for audiophiles seeking a top-tier, cost-is-no-object playback system.

Playback clarity is immediately noticeable as the XD1 minimizes mechanical vibrations and airborne disturbances down to the nano-scale. At the foundation is a sheath constructed from billet aluminum housing the Minus K brand of mechanical isolation, mitigating vibrations between 1.5 Hz and 100 Hz. XD1's three outriggers rest on the billet foundation, offering additional vibration control above 100 Hz. The outrigger supports a self-correcting, accurate, torque-driven direct-drive platter. The XD1 can be fitted with an optional and quiet P1 vacuum pump system hold-down system to ensure the vinyl remains flat and stable for more precise needle tracking.

SAT's XD1 Record Player System monoblock chassis, arm boards, and external controller are crafted from single blocks of magnesium-aluminum-silicon alloy, adding additional isolation layers from mechanical vibrations. The platter is embedded with carbon-fiber micro powder, and the top layer is a proprietary UHN carbon-infused polymer helping to diminish magnetic interference.

The XD1 system includes the highly acclaimed performance-based CF1 Series Ti pickup arm, available in 9” or 12” lengths.
