Audio-Ultra is based in Washington State and we offer audio products and services Nationwide.

We maintain high-end audio components and speakers available for demonstration by appointment only in the Greater Seattle Area.

Our administration, warehouse, and work center are located at our Sumner, Washington address, however, this facility is not open to the general public.

Audio-Ultra is an authorized dealer for the products we sell listed on our website including models not shown by any brand we represent. We highly recommend purchasing from authorized dealers since our agreements with our various brands include factory training, along with the warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Orders:
Audio-Ultra does not refund deposits for orders that require build time nor do we accept product returns.

For in-stock orders canceled prior to shipping, there will be a 20% fee on the total order, and can be applied to other eligible items that are available for up to 30 days.

Shipping and Damage:
UPS, FedEx, and USPS are the methods for shipping and we cannot guarantee shipping times or delivery. Products will ship either direct from Audio-Ultra or drop ship from the Manufacturer.

Any items received must be inspected at delivery time and documented between you and the delivery driver, including photos. If the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item, we will help work on your behalf to quickly settle the matter.

Sales Territory:
We do not sell outside of the United States, nor will we compete in regions where there is a dealer for the products we sell unless approved by the Manufacturer.

Invoicing:
Each transaction will result in an Audio-Ultra invoice that must be paid in full prior to shipping. Credit Cards, PayPal, and other methods where banking fees are imposed on Audio-Ultra are not included in the sale price and will be added at the time of sale, or post-transaction. Sales Tax will apply in the State of Washington and other areas as applicable.

Warranty:
All new products we sell are covered by the OEM including specifics on freight. It is important to keep your original packaging in case of the item needs to be returned.

Privacy Policy:
Audio-Ultra does not engage in selling any personal information to third parties now or at any time in the future. Any information collected will only be used for transactions between the Customer and Audio-Ultra including product news alerts or audio events that we are hosting or attending.
